Swansgate Shopping Centre has over 48 retailers based under one roof.
There is a free Local Authority run car park with 1000 spaces and council public toilets are available by the lifts (near exit to car park).

There are cash machines located in Wilko and Poundland, and there are a number of banks with external cash machines opposite the main entrance of Swansgate Shopping Centre (exit by Claire’s/EE).

Disabled access is via our main entrance on Market Street and the Car Park. The use of a wheelchair is available upon request whilst shopping in the centre.
Members of Wellingborough Shopmobility can hire electric scooters and wheelchairs to enable them to access town centre services, whether suffering from permanent or temporary disability such as broken limbs.
Shopmobility is open from 9.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
There is no annual membership fee. Shopmobility is available to both residents and visitors in Wellingborough.

For customers with limited mobility, a street level entrance is provided at Market Street. For those arriving by motor vehicle, access can be gained via Level 3 of the multi-storey car park and there is lift access from all car park levels.
A wheelchair and disabled shopping trolleys which clip on to wheelchairs are available for use in the centre – please contact either the Centre Management on 01933 226029 or speak to a member of the on-mall team in the centre.
The Council have both male and female toilets adjacent to the multi-storey car park at the shopping level. A disabled toilet and baby changing are located in both the male and female blocks.
