2) Show your receipts to the Spend & Get team located in the Community Lounge

Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is being run by Swansgate shopping centre in Wellingborough.
2. The entrant must have spent £30 or over in one day within the centre to enter.
3. The money can have been spent in one or more shops with in the centre (refer to list of valid stores)
4. The entrant must show their receipt validated by the Spend & Get promotional team. 
5. The Spend & Get promotional team will stamp the receipts on the reverse, so they can only be used once.
6. The entrant will then be able to choose a free gift.
7. One gift only per person if they have spent £30 or more.   £30 spend = 1 free gift. £60 spend = 1 free gift. 
8. Validation of receipts will happen between 10am and 4pm on Saturday 30th November 2019.
9. The promotion will run until on these dates only or until prizes run out.
10. Prizes are instant and must be collected on the day of the promotion only.  
11. Employees of Swansgate shopping centre and their relatives are not permitted to enter this competition.
12. All entrants must be over the age of 16 or have consent from a parent or guardian to enter.  
13. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
14. No cash alternative is available.
15. By entering the competition, you accept these terms and conditions, and agree to participate in any publicity associated with this promotion.  If the entrants fail to agree to these terms and conditions they will be automatically excluded from the promotion.
16. Details are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior notice. 
17. The promoter and partners have arranged this competition in good faith and cannot accept liability in any matter relating to the prizes whatsoever.
18. The entrant’s personal information will only be used by our staff internally, for the purposes of the promotion and will not be passed onto any third parties other than where legally or contractually obliged.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any stage. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
20. Swansgate shopping centre, and its’ partners may wish to use the information you record in your competition to contact you regarding news and events and other competitions being held at Swansgate shopping centre.
